Sierras & Yosemite

Yosemite is justly famous for the majesty of its scenery, some of which is captured here. But across the Sierras on the eastern flanks there further impressive landscapes, from the uniqueness of Mono Lake down to Death Valley. For those of you of a certain age, the Alabama Hills may seem familiar as the home of The Lone Ranger & Tonto!
