California Dunes
Dunes as an expression of abstract shape hold a particular fascination for me in their patterns, shadows and interpretation, and California is home to some of the best.
Those featured here range from the classic 'dune-scape' of Death Valley, to the small area at Olancha on the Eastern Sierra, and those along the Central Coast.
